Deposit for Your Custom Build:

Once your custom build is finalized on paper, a deposit is required to begin the procurement of parts and assembly.

For standard business or gaming computers, a deposit of 60% of the estimated build cost is required.
For custom water-cooled builds, a deposit of 80% of the estimated build cost is required due to the specialized nature of the components.

Important Note on Pricing & Deposits:

Component prices in the custom PC market can fluctuate rapidly. To ensure the most accurate final cost for your build, we highly recommend placing your deposit as close as possible to the date you receive your estimate. This helps us secure components at the quoted prices and minimize potential discrepancies caused by market changes.

*Build Fee Note: You will receive an itemized bill detailing all component costs. A build fee of $200 applies to standard computers, and a $300 build fee applies to custom water-cooled machines.
